March 2, 2024 Come celebrate the life and legacy of Jose Wejebe at our intimate get together in his backyard in the Lower Florida Keys. Shared stories with those near and dear to Jose, testimonies from JWF recipients, music, food to die for, open bar, live and silent auctions, and, of course, the best company around, will make for a night to remember.
This summer we hosted our second women’s only trip with the Pink Ladies Fishing Team. Carolyn, (undergoing treatment for breast cancer), along with her friends Tonya and Gina drove down from Pompano Beach. Aside from a great time on the water with these ladies we made a genuine connection which I believe will grow and benefit the foundations future.
Let’s make shark fishing fun! We are actively looking for partners to integrate a conversation aspect such as tagging, and supplying catch records with conservation organizations. To our knowledge there has never been a stock assessment of bull sharks in the Keys, so let’s collect some data and raise some money to make fishing dreams come true.
Paola was enlisted in the Army with four deployments over her career from 2002-2015 to Iraq and Afghanistan.
